Electric aircraft will be the center of Florida

In Florida, 10 centers will be set up from which electric, jet-powered, so-called air taxis will be able to travel across the state. Five-year-old Munich-based startup Lilium announced on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement with Spanish infrastructure company Ferrovial to build more than 10 landing sites – veriports – in several major Florida cities, including Orlando. Lilium CEO Dr. Remo Gerber said the majority of Florida residents will be able to reach one of the air taxi centers in about 30 minutes as the company plans to scatter the stations across the state so they become accessible to everyone.

Flying cars can travel in New Hampshire

New Hampshire is the first in the United States to allow futuristic vehicles. In 1788, this Member State was the first to have a constitution, and now it seems to be pioneers in other areas as well. They have passed a bill called Jetson, which will allow futuristic vehicles to be found on public roads in the future.

In Seoul, it will also be possible to charge drones from smart poles

The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has so far placed the undoubtedly unique smart poles in a total of six districts: which function it was given was decided by the needs of the current district. At the same time, the South Korean capital would not stop there, testing devices capable of charging drones, electric cars, and detecting parking violations, among other things.

In Ireland, phones are already shipped by drone

Provided we live in Oranmore and want to buy a Samsung phone for ourselves. Samsung, together with Manna Aero of Wales, has launched a new service here, which allows residents of small towns to buy card-independent Galaxy phones with drone home delivery, which will be delivered in just three minutes.

Ex-SpaceX experts developed the aircraft

The two-speed aircraft is intended to operate much more economically than the models developed so far, as it would not have to take its rotors with it on the road. The Navy is already interested in the plans. Talyn Air was founded in 2019 by two engineers who previously worked on SpaceX Falcon 9 missiles, as well as Dragon and Crew Dragon, Jamie Gull and Evan Mucasey.

Air taxi landings of the future

Stations made for drones can take on quite special forms, for example, Italian architects envision vertiports similar to real trees that blend into nature. Drone transport could reform the passenger transport market in the coming decades, helping travelers to reach their destination much faster by avoiding traffic jams in cities. Although flying cars maneuvering between the skyscrapers of cyberpunk cities are an integral part of the sci-fi in the future, in reality the production of flying passenger vehicles that can be used in cities is just beginning, we are still a long way from the usual sight of air travel over the streets.
