Vilebrequin, a French car YouTube channel, took a different approach to creating a flying car. They converted an old BMW 5 with sail wings and then drove it at high speed into a jump. The concept was good, but the execution was unstable. With safety in mind, they decided to convert the car into a remote-controlled vehicle, with separate modules controlling the steering wheel and accelerator.
Although it was a challenge to learn how to control the car, they eventually managed to drive it up an eight-metre ramp at 120 km/h. The results were impressive, but no one wanted to stay in the car during the landing.
