The first truly impact-resistant drone

  • 1Minute

After four years in development, Flyability has unveiled the Elios-3 drone, which is capable of autonomous flight and features some of the most advanced 3D scanning technology on the market, thanks to its artificial intelligence, on-board LIDAR system, 4K resolution camera, thermal camera, remote sensors and built-in Nvidia video card.

The drone can create a three-dimensional model of its surroundings in real time with centimetre-level accuracy, which the pilot can study in flight. The modular quadcopter also has two suspension points so that it can be equipped with additional accessories as required.

The device is also equipped with LED lights with a total luminosity of 16k lumen, so that it can be used in total darkness. The drone’s replaceable battery can provide roughly 12 minutes of flight time on a single charge.
