Crisalion Mobility’s innovative eVTOL aircraft design solves a critical challenge in the field of electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOL), offering a ground-breaking solution to improve in-flight balance. As the future of urban and possibly inter-city transportation evolves, eVTOL aircraft could become a major component and serve as air taxis.

As the technology develops and regulatory approvals are rushed, the expectation of eVTOLs moving from test flights to service with the general public is growing rapidly.

However, the proliferation of eVTOLs in the skies raises a number of considerations regarding their impact on the urban landscape and the quality of the passenger experience. Concerns include noise pollution from these vehicles, which several manufacturers have begun to address, and passenger comfort. Conventional eVTOLs tend to fly at an angle, which can cause discomfort due to perceived instability.

Crisalion Mobility has innovated with its FlyFree technology, which uses a special rotor configuration that ensures the aircraft cabin remains stable during flight. This technology uses propellers along the wings that can adjust their direction to maintain balance. This feature is particularly significant in enhancing passenger comfort and makes Integrity, Crisalion’s six-seat eVTOL aircraft, a leader in safety and comfort for short to medium-haul journeys.

Currently in the testing phase, the Integrity represents Crisalion Mobility’s commitment to perfecting eVTOL technology, with a commercial launch planned for 2030. It follows the company’s track record of innovative electric transport solutions, including Intellydrive. The emergence of such technologies marks a transformational period in transport, promising to redefine mobility with an emphasis on sustainability, efficiency and passenger experience.

Looking to the future, the development and integration of eVTOLs into our transport infrastructure has the potential to significantly change the way we navigate in urban environments and make air travel an everyday part of the daily commute.
